Silver Bells

“Silver Bells” was recorded in December 2019 during a handful of recording sessions, mostly at holiday get-togethers. I wanted to do a version of the song unlike the ones that I’d grown up with, because those ones always sounded so neat and tidy and picture-perfect, which has never been what Christmas was like for me.

My Heart is a Bird (solo piano)

“My Heart is a Bird”, the last song on the “Mountie Quarters” EP. This is a version I think I like better, it’s just me and the piano, my cat and a glass of wine.

TransCanada (Live at Graffiti’s)

I played about 50 shows at Graffiti’s in Toronto’s Kensington Market and I’d give just about anything to play one more. Alas, this life’s a one-way trip. Hug your mom and tip your bartender.
